He has a small wooden block inside of his mouth to provide support for when the stiletto breaks through the skin on his face. Two close-up angles capture the action from two different views of Vinyl Queen's heel. Once she finally thrusts the needle heel into his cheek, she twists it around to show that is indeed through the skin. Once she removes the heel, she takes off her shoe and makes Trampleguy kiss her barefoot. One must always be thankful for the pain!
