My patient has come in today for an elective procedure. He is looking to increase the size of his testicles in hopes of attracting a more desirable partner. He feels that their current size is inadequate, and is looking to at least double it. Various methods have proven effective toward this end, though often at the expense of the patient's comfort. To be frank, our methods have been described as downright painful. It is not uncommon for patients to scream and moan in horrible pain during the procedure. Paradoxically, a certain percentage of patients have been observed to become sexually aroused during the treatments. Various methods include punching, slapping, and squeezing of the testicles, pulling the scrotum with rope, and applying a surgical vice to increase testicular tension.  These methods may seem archaic and torturous, but we have demonstrated excellent results with repeated treatments.
